Fasteners
When adding the terrace board to your cart, please remember to add your preferred fastener option (plastic or stainless steel) separately, so we can include the necessary amount in your quote.
The composite boards are easy and quick to install using the hidden fastening system as detailed in the clear instructions provided. One box of plastic fasteners covers approximately 10 m² of decking. Using plastic fasteners, the gap between boards should be 5 mm. Each fastener box includes 200 T-clips, 50 locking clips, and 10 starter clips.
If you prefer a smaller gap than 5 mm, stainless steel fasteners can achieve a 2 mm gap. One pouch of stainless steel fasteners contains 100 pieces. In this case, you will also need to purchase stainless steel locking and starter clips separately. All the same tools used for working with natural wood are suitable for working with wood composite.
