Q-grade products are made from A-grade raw materials, but the final products have not met the requirements for A-grade. Products classified as Q-grade may exhibit variations in tone, minor planing defects, and occasional small knots.
These products are sold at a discounted price as clearance batches compared to A-grade. Q-grade products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Environmentally Friendly Thermal Treatment
Thermal treatment makes aspen harder and more durable. Thermally treated aspen maintains its dimensions better than untreated aspen. It has a sophisticated, hardwood-like surface and a pleasant scent. It can be used as is in its natural wood finish or treated as desired. A paraffin oil treatment enhances the deep, rich tone of thermo-aspen, protects the wood, and makes cleaning easier.

The lighting conditions at the installation site and the colors of surrounding surfaces influence the final appearance of the product. As a natural material, wood has inherent variations in tone and grain pattern. To ensure the actual color of the product, we provide free sample pieces of your chosen materials upon request.
