Sávu Collection Flat T&G panel 15×120 (STS 2) Heat-treated Alder
Sávu Collection panel is a luxurious and beautiful chocolate brown interior panel that is ideal for saunas and dry rooms. The modern flat T&G (STS 2) panel with its sharp and clear lines creates a subtle elegance and warmth in the interior.
This stunning Sávu Collection shade is achieved by heat treating knot-free and resin-free alder panels. During the process, the wood is dyed a deep brown color, giving it a noble wood-like surface and a natural, pleasant scent. Heat treatment hardens the alder, making it more resistant to moisture and heat and preventing it from warping or swelling over time. It remains dimensionally stable, making it a long-lasting choice.
Sávu Collection panels can be used as they are or finished with paraffin oil, which deepens their dark tone, protects the surface, and makes them easier to clean.
The Sávu Collection consists of six carefully selected sauna panels and bench board models that can be easily combined. The new collection combines the durability of heat-treated wood with a deep dark brown tone to create a unique atmosphere. We heat treat and manufacture all Sávu Collection products ourselves in the center of Finland, in Pieksämäki. The wood is heat treated using only hot air and water vapor.
