A Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly Choice
Heat treatment of wood involves only heat and steam, making the process completely eco-friendly and chemical-free. It significantly improves the durability of the wood. Heat treated aspen retains its dimensions better than untreated wood and gains a noble hardwood-like surface along with a pleasant natural scent. It can be used untreated in its natural wood state or surface treated as desired. Treating the panel with paraffin oil enhances its rich dark tone, protects the wood, and makes cleaning easier.
