LUMO Collection

Designed with heart, finished with light.

LUMO Collection is a slatted panel system designed for Pieksäwood by designer Minna Haapakoski, seamlessly integrating indirect lighting into natural wood surfaces.

The pre-grooved, tongue-and-groove LUMO slatted panels make it easy to create striking, indirectly illuminated wall and ceiling surfaces. Lighting can be integrated directly into the panelling without the need for separate housings or recesses. The lighting grooves in the LUMO In and LUMO Out slatted panels are designed for the Cariitti Sauna Ultra Ambient White Top IP67 LED strip.

LUMO Collection was created in collaboration between Pieksäwood, Minna Haapakoski and Cariitti. The collection is manufactured in Pieksämäki, Finland, from Finnish heat-treated aspen and is available in two shades: the warm brown tone of heat-treated aspen and the darker Sávu Collection shade.

Three combinable slatted panels – LUMO Base, LUMO In and LUMO Out – can be freely combined with each other and with any other Pieksäwood panel, offering endless possibilities for creating unique wall and ceiling designs. The new 15 × 120 mm STS 0 panel, launched alongside the LUMO Collection, has been specifically designed for use with the LUMO slatted panels.
