Handmade in Finland, the heat-treated aspen shadow moulding is perfect for finishing and harmonising the interior. The shadow moulding is used to finish the seam between the wall and ceiling. With a beautiful brown colour, the heat-treated aspen is knot-free and resin-free.

Heat treatment makes aspen even harder and more durable. It has an elegant surface reminiscent of hardwood as well as a lovely scent. It can be treated or used it in its natural state. Paraffin treatment deepens the beautiful dark hue of the heat-treated aspen, protecting the wood and making it easier to clean.

All of our wood products are manufactured at our own factory in Finland where we treat them at our own state-of-the-art heat treatment facility. Heat-treated wood belongs to the best M1 category of the Indoor Air Classification.
